Adam took an interest in heating and air conditioning while enrolled in a BOCES program in high school, where he earned his Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification, enabling him to work with refrigerants.  Upon graduation, Adam was immediately recruited by a local heating and air conditioning company, where he spend thirteen years gaining extensive experience and industry trade skills.  Throughout these thirteen years, Adam also had the opportunity to train technicians who were new to the field.  One especially valuable area of Adam's extensive experience is his understanding of the maintenance procedures that take into account Western New York's extreme winters and summers - and which are crucial to identifying and eliminating problems before they become severe.
